I believe this is my favorite painting from last year:



"Stakeout"

There's something about the feel that just hits me right. Makes me feel like a proud father when I look back at it.

Interestingly, the painting took me months to finish. I can often finish a black and white piece in a week of work or less... but this one took it out of me. Fortunately, it turned out well.

I'm working on another black and white painting this week. Images hopefully coming soon.

I had moved to TN and was literally losing my mind.

I think it made for interesting art. Maybe I should go nuts again...
